Foundation Workshops are interactive 90 minute learning experiences designed to introduce participants to key concepts and practical tools. These sessions combine education, discussion, and reflection to help participants strengthen skills, deepen understanding, and explore pathways for meaningful action.

Deep Dive Labs provide a more immersive learning experience for organizations and groups seeking to move beyond introductory concepts. These half day sessions allow participants to explore topics in greater depth, apply learning through facilitated activities, and develop strategies that can be implemented within their teams, organizations, or communities.

Strategy intensives are full day facilitated experiences designed to support organizational growth, planning, and capacity building. Through collaborative learning, dialogue, and strategic reflection, participants gain clarity, strengthen alignment, and leave with actionable next steps to advance their goals and mission.
